NCS New York Baseball Events

Teams Registering are required to read and understand the following event information

Here are the steps to follow to register and play in Bases Loaded Baseball Tournaments. Please make sure to read and follow all instructions to be eligible for our events. 
Registration/Payment
Cost Per Team: (A 250.00 Deposit is Due at Registration)
$695.00 (Per Team) For Ages 10U/60
$795.00 (Per Team) For Ages 10U/65 - 12U
$995.00 (Per Team) For Ages 13U - 15U
$1095.00 (Per Team) For Ages 16U - 18U
3 game minimum (weather permitting)--followed by playoffs and finals
Baseballs and Umpires Included
Full payment only will secure your teams spot in the tournament
No Gate Fees

NCS Membership & Credit: NCS requires an annual $85 team membership to register for NCS events. Once registered, teams may participate in any NCS event. Teams that register for the Dog Days of Summer will receive an $85 discount code to apply toward their event entry fee.

Team Paperwork Required to Be Submitted
Teams must submit the required mandatory paperwork listed below at least ten (10) days prior to the event and schedule release. 
- Completed Online Roster Form 
- Completed Online Coach/Player Waiver and Release Form

- Team Scheduling
All Teams must be available to play beginning Friday @ 8AM and ending Sunday 

Insurance Requirements
Coaches must upload a valid team insurance certificate to the team portal prior to the event. If insurance was not purchased through NCS, your provider must issue a certificate naming National Championship Sports (NCS) as Additional Insured. The certificate must be uploaded to your team portal.
