Here are the steps to follow to register and play in Bases Loaded Baseball Tournaments. Please make sure to read and follow all instructions to be eligible for our events.
Registration/Payment
Cost Per Team: (A 250.00 Deposit is Due at Registration)
$995.00 (Per Team) For Ages 13U to 15U
$1095.00 (Per Team) For Ages 16U Wood Bat & 18U Wood Bat
3 game minimum (weather permitting)--followed by playoffs and finals
Baseballs and Umpires Included
Full payment only will secure your teams spot in the tournament
No Gate Fees
***Teams paying with a credit card will be charged a processing fee***
Team Paperwork Required to Be Submitted
Teams must submit the required mandatory paperwork listed below at least ten (10) days prior to the event and schedule release.
- Completed Online Roster Form
- Completed Online Coach/Player Waiver and Release Form
- Certificate of Insurance naming Bases Loaded Baseball Tournaments LLC. as an additional insured
- Team Scheduling
All Teams must be available to play beginning Saturday and ending Sunday
- Team Check-In
Coaches are to check-in with the tournament site director at least 30 minutes prior to their first game.
